Greater Noida Kalibari

Journey Through Our Joys

How it all started

Greater Noida Kalibari began its journey in 2001 when a group of twenty-eight Bengali families came together to celebrate the first Durga Puja in Greater Noida. This gathering sparked a shared vision of creating a space that would preserve and promote Bengali culture, tradition, and spirituality within the community.

To formalize this vision, the Greater Noida Sharadia Sanskritik Samiti (GNSSS) was registered in August 2003. Since then, we have evolved into a vibrant center for cultural and social engagement, hosting key festivals such as Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Saraswati Puja, and more. These events are marked by devotion, cultural expression, and a spirit of togetherness that brings people from all backgrounds together in celebration.

Beyond festivals, our mission is deeply rooted in community service. We regularly organize blood donation camps, disaster relief efforts, free medical services, and educational support programs. With initiatives like free homoeopathic and allopathic consultations, charitable dispensaries, and free ambulance services, we strive to serve the community and provide support to those in need. We also maintain a library, reading rooms, and spaces for community events, fostering learning and unity.

At Greater Noida Kalibari, we are more than a place of worship; we are a dynamic community built on the values of compassion, service, and harmony. Join us in our journey of faith and cultural celebration as we continue to grow and make a positive impact.
